Privacy policy

This page covers the website datafund.io and the internal tools Datafund uses to publish its own content. It is run by Datafund, informacijske tehnologije d.o.o., Slovenia ("Datafund", "we"). Questions or requests: [email protected].

This website

We measure how the site is used with PostHog, hosted in the EU (eu.i.posthog.com): pages viewed, referring site, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. PostHog stores an identifier in your browser so that repeat visits can be counted. We do not create profiles of identified people from website visits, we do not sell this data and we do not use it for advertising. You can block it with any tracker blocker, and the site works the same.

If you email us, we keep the email to answer it and for our records.

Publishing to our YouTube channels

Datafund uses YouTube API Services, through an internal tool, to upload videos we made to YouTube channels we own (Datafund and PLUR), add them to our playlists, and remove our own test uploads. The tool is used only by our team and by an automated agent working for us. It is not offered to anyone else, and it does not sign in other people's accounts.

By watching our videos on YouTube you use YouTube itself, under the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, and complain to a data protection authority (in Slovenia, the Information Commissioner). Write to [email protected].

Changes

When this policy changes, we update this page and its date.
